Support for studies - Us PhD Scholarship

The first edition of the contest for one US PhD Scholarship  to attend a PhD programme in Economics or Finance in the USA from the academic year  is now closed.

The competition is open to graduates from any of the 19 countries of Central Eastern Europe of UniCredit perimeter to attend a PhD programme in Economics or Finance from the academic year , at one of the five most prestigious Universities in the United States as following (in alphabetical order):

The scholarship amounts to € 25,000 (gross of taxes) and is valid for one year and renewable for a second year. All tuition fees for the duration of the scholarship will also be entirely covered by the Foundation.

There is no separate application form for this scholarship on our website, but candidates must submit (or have already submitted) a complete application for a PhD programme on the University website. All students from our 19 CEE countries accepted at any of the above Universities for a PhD programme in Economics or Finance starting from the academic year 2012/2013 will be considered for a UniCredit & Universities US PHD Scholarship award.

The winner will be notified by mid-April 2012.
